We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Partner Store for Utility Warehouse. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
